Our recent social media updates have been buzzing with excitement as we eagerly prepared for our fall photoshoots this year. The moment we've all been waiting for finally arrived yesterday, and I must say, it was an absolute blast. We ventured into the enchanting world of Grace Dieu woods, a place just a stone's throw away from my childhood home, where we indulged in delightful conversations with some wonderful families while capturing some truly spectacular moments through our lenses.
Autumn, without a doubt, is a magical season for photography enthusiasts. The perfect blend of hazy sunshine and the rich tapestry of autumnal colours creates a captivating canvas for our photographs. It's the kind of season that photographers dream about, where every click of the shutter reveals a new masterpiece waiting to be framed.
Of course, it wasn't all smooth sailing. The ground was a bit muddy, and you definitely needed to wrap up in a cozy jumper to keep the chill at bay. But therein lies the charm of it all. There's something enchanting about the way those splendid, earthy hues of autumn intermingle with the brisk air. It's a unique combination that only emerges at this time of year, making every moment spent in the great outdoors feel like a captivating adventure.
A trip to Thringstone Woods just wouldn't be the same without a stroll around Grace Dieu ruins. Not only does it serve as an awesome backdrop for some killer photos, but it's also known to be haunted by a bunch of ghosts. And you know what? It's the perfect lead-up to Halloween, which is just around the corner!
So, in this awesome season of autumn, when the trees are showing off their vibrant colors and things are getting a bit extra spooky, Thringstone Woods and Grace Dieu ruins are the place to be. The days are getting shorter, the nights are getting longer, and the excitement for Halloween is building up, just like the winds rustling through those old trees. If you're up for it, go check out the woods, where history and the supernatural come together for a seriously cool adventure.
Peace. Love and Photos.
